Ideally, you should memorize the 16-seed phrase without writing it down on paper or elsewhere. At SORA, to prioritize ease of remembering, you can enter it as a sentence. Forming a sentence with 16 words makes it easy to remember, and with it, you can fully restore your secret crypto memo at any time.
Access to that information is limited to those who know the seed sentence.
