Today, A CoinTelegraph article mentioned the potential for private key leakage in Apple’s M series chips due to a side-channel attack. If we replace the term “hacker” in the article with “an AI that has learned every attack pattern through its high insight,” the scenario becomes more realistic. Indeed, addressing AI threats, or so-called AI resistance, is more urgent than the quantum threat.

The effective defense against this attack is undoubtedly a multi-signature mechanism with different secret keys based on different algorithms. Using the same algorithm is ineffective, multi-signature should be implemented with different algorithms, preferably those with “distinct characteristics for becoming a secret key.”

AI resistance, following this concept, is set to be firmly implemented in SORA L1.
