今回、量子&AI耐性をブロックチェーンに実装するとき、独自のL1機能拡張仕様を導入しています。独自開発のため、BIPやEIPの仕様からは外れますが、このSORA-L1機能拡張仕様はL1に対してソフトフォークで無制限に機能を拡張できる仕様になっています。その影響で、L2が不要になってしまった、という弊害はありますが、L1に自由に実装できるのなら、L2は必要ありませんからね。
